This is a brand new build and has never been used. It had originally been built to be used as a camp with a couple sets of bunks beds in the bedroom area, but it would also make a great BNB rental, emergency shelter, office, temporary living space, or even a small guest house. 
The exterior on this build was intended to be stealthy and secure when not being used so that once the container doors are shut and the window cover is on it would look like an ordinary standard container hidden in plain sight. 
If you wanted to dress up the outside with a paint job, put a company logo, or add accents such as lattice or siding to the outside, it is a blank canvas for that.
It has been set up to either be put on a trailer(black and gray water drains separate) or up on some corner foundations/blocks on site. All the plumbing and electrical connections are stubbed down for easy hookup at your location 
similar to a camper trailer.
Started with a used 40'long x 8' wide x 8'6" tall shipping container. Everything else is brand new for the build.The interior has been framed out with metal stud walls and ceiling joists.Finished with ribbed plastic panels on the walls and ceiling to keep weight down and allow it to be moved if needed without worrying about sheetrock joints cracking.The Bathroom walls are finished with smooth white fiberglass panels. Waterproof vinyl plank 
flooring was used on all the floors throughout as well as a couple interior accent walls. Exterior front entry area is finished with outdoor siding and composite deck boards on floor.
Electrical: It has a 120/240v single phase 125a main breaker panel(spaces allowed in panel for future solar or generator systems to be added).Wired with commercial MC(metal jacked)cable for power and lighting(no romex).All lighting is 
LED including porch and under cabinet lights.Dimmable 3-way switching for the front area, Bathroom has motion occupancy sensor for the lighting and ceiling exhaust fan as well as a gfci outlet. TV pull out wall brackets with cable raceways are located in the front living space as well as the rear bedroom area. 
Plumbing: All plumbing hot and cold supply lines are pex with crimp connections and copper wall stub outs, vents and drains are all PVC(vents are routed through upper walls and utilize the factory style container vent covers,(No penetrations through the roof to leak).The bathroom has a wall mounted sink/vanity, Full size(4'x3') shower, and chair height elongated dual flush toilet (bathroom is much larger than what is found in most campers).The Water heater is 11kw tankless (Was planning on a couple sets of bunk beds in the rear bedroom and did not want to run out of hot water for showers with a tank style water heater). 
Kitchen has a large full height pantry, deep stainless sink, butcher block countertop, full size Microwave hood, and an induction hot plate burner is stored in the draw next to the sink.There are also (2) dedicated 20a 120v circuits above the countertop for any additional electric appliances along with switching for the under cabinet lighting.
Walls and ceilings are closed cell spray foamed and floors have been insulated with iso-board foam insulation as well. Additional steps were also taken to isolate exterior steel from thermal bridging to the inside. 
The front living/kitchen area is approx. 18 ft. long by 7.5 ft. wide, bedroom area is approx. 11 ft.long and 7.5 ft. wide, and the bathroom is approx. 8 ft. long and 4 ft. wide. 
Heating and cooling is provided by 12k BTU 120v mini split AC system as well as a wall mounted ducted fan to circulate air throughout the container as well as a fresh air vent.
The exterior roof has been coated with a white elastomeric roof coating to protect it and reduce heat load from the sun. 
This container is 100% complete and the exact one shown in the pictures and video. This is not one of those "give me half and I will start on it" situations, It is done and ready to go. 
Absolutely no corners were cut on this build.
